Role Overview: As a Python Developer, you will work closely with traders, analysts, and engineers to build and maintain systems that support live trading, data processing, analytics, and automation. This is a high-impact role that requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a deep interest in financial markets. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and trading tools. Work on data ingestion pipelines from financial data providers (REST APIs, WebSockets, FIX protocols). Develop modules for real-time and historical data analysis, backtesting, and reporting. Automate trading strategies, alerts, risk monitoring, and trade execution flows. Optimize performance of data processing and code for low latency and reliability. Collaborate with quants, traders, and other developers to deliver robust solutions. Contribute to version control (Git), code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Python development. Strong grasp of data structures, object-oriented programming (OOP), and clean coding practices. Experience working with Pandas, NumPy, requests, and other Python libraries. Exposure to API integration (RESTful/WebSocket) and data parsing (JSON, CSV, XML). Familiarity with Linux environments, shell scripting, and version control systems (Git). Basic understanding of stock markets, financial instruments, or trading platforms.
